Medicine & Data Science.

I’m a doctor working at a major public hospital in Australia, currently involved in Radiology projects seeking to label and utilise our hospital’s dataset of 100,000+ radiological images for machine learning purposes.

I contribute to the project as a doctor & machine learning engineer, working in collaboration with an IT Consultant and a senior Radiologist. Our aim is to establish ourselves as the forefront hospital in Australia for machine learning in Radiology, largely through the creation of high quality datasets which can be provided to skilled researchers.

More broadly, my goals are to solve medical problems with state-of-the-art data science. To that end, I’m training with Harvard University in machine learning, cloud computing, and big data.
